EXPECTATIONS OF ALL LEADERSHIP POSITIONS: *Be at least a First Class Scout * Live by the Scout Oath and Law* Set a good example  Scout Spirit* Proper Uniform* Professional Attitude* Appropriate Conduct and Language* Attend all regular and special meetings of the Troop* Work with other Troop Leaders to make the Troop Go and Grow*Participate in all Troop Activities* Communicate with the Troop Leadership * Devote the time necessary to handle the responsibilities of the Position

· Serves as Communication link and Point of Contact between the Troop and the local Order of the Arrow (OA) Lodge· Promotes the OA as a service arm of the Troop.· Encourages membership in the OA and yearround participation in camping and Troop activities· Encourages participation of older Scouts in high adventure programs· Assists in leadership skills training· Supports fellow Arrowmen· Works and meets regularly with the Assistant Scoutmaster
